Is the information listed on your web site 100% accurate?
Although we check our information very carefully before adding a product to our web site, an occasional error may occur. Therefore, we reserve the right to correct any inaccurate information and are not responsible for typographical errors. Also in some cases due to errors by the manufacturers, some images may not exactly reflect the product being sold
How can I track my order?
Discount Hitch & Truck Accessories ships from multiple warehouses all across the country, and ships direct from 500+ manufacturers straight to you. This saves our customers time and money, but because we ship from so many different locations we aren't always able to provide customers with a tracking number right away. Most of the time customers receive their order before we are able to get them their tracking number.
How long will it take for my order to get to me?
Most all orders placed are received by the customer in 3-5 business days. The only time any order may take longer, is in the event of a back order on a product, item lost in shipping, or if the customer ordered a product that had to be shipped via truck freight.
Is my personal/credit card information safe with your website?
Yes all of our customer's personal information is completely secure. Our shopping cart is secured using a DigiCert SSL certificate. We do not share our customer's information with any companies.
What happens if my item is damaged in shipping?
If your product was damaged during shipping, you must contact the shipper (ex. FedEx, UPS) within 48 hours of receiving the product. At that time you will need to file a damage claim with the shipper and NOT with us.
What happens if my item is lost in shipping?
We are not responsible for a package that gets lost in shipping. However if the freight company (ex. FedEx or UPS) deems the package as lost, we will ship out a replacement of the same item. Please remember we will only ship out a replacement if the freight company claims it as lost.
