Easy to assemble with clear instructions, and once its adjusted its a snap to mount and dismount the bikes from it, so much easier than my old hanger type rack. Well made and good looking too. It's more than I expected for the price.

I have no problem recommending them to my friends and business associates for all of their trailer parts needs. On this order, my brake controller went out, and I needed a controller right away. The OEM controller was $230.00, so I decided to go with an aftermarket controller. The price and customer service are unsurpassed. Shipping was free since order was over $100. The order shipped very promptly on a much faster service than I expected e.g. 2 day opposed to 7 day. One item was backordered and I received excellent communication about this. The remainder of the large order was not held up due to one small item being backordered. I am very pleased and would recommend DiscountHitches.com and plan to order from them in the future.

Ordered a hitch from Discount Hitch after getting an estimate for $650 from my dealer. Hitch came in 2 days and it only took 20 minutes to install (no kidding). The wiring harness for the trailer lights took even less (5 minutes). Looks and works great at less than 1/3 the cost from the dealer. Great job Discount Hitches!

I ordered a "guaranteed to fit" hitch from another place and it wasn't even the righ model hitch for my vehicle. In desperation (and less than a week to our family vacation) I called Discount Hitches on a Saturday morning and was assured by Discount Hitch that they would get me the right hitch in no more than 4 days. Sure enough, I had my hitch Tuesday morning- expertly packed, instructions, and with all of the necessary parts. It took only an hour to put it on. I cannot say enough great things about this company and will definitely call them first the next time I need a hitch. The best part is that their prices, with the free shipping, were still cheaper than other places that wanted more for the hitch to get the free shipping. My hitch was $133.08 and I had FREE SHIPPING where the other guys charge for shipping if under $150.  If you are buying from anyone other than Discount Hitch, you are most likely getting ripped off.
